01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and t beej ("tbeej", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://tbeej.io. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

tbeej operates as an English-language online betting platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All services offered on tbeej.io — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and promotional offers — are subject to these Terms. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your tbeej account. Continued use of tbeej.io after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of tbeej is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. tbeej operates a strict 21+ policy. Players under 21 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the platform under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under a court-imposed legal disability or guardianship.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time of account registration and at the time of each wager.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on tbeej at any time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion from tbeej or any national gambling self-exclusion register that covers your jurisdiction.
• Not a tbeej employee: Employees, agents, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of tbeej and its technology or game-supply partners are prohibited from holding a player account.

tbeej reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during a period in which a player was ineligible may be voided.

03 Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access the full range of tbeej services, you must complete the registration process and open a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

tbeej applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard responsible gaming and fraud-prevention practices. You will be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address may also be required.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

tbeej supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following Bangladesh mobile financial services and payment networks: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your tbeej balance within seconds of successful mobile wallet confirmation. Card deposits are typically credited within five minutes.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to verified mobile wallets are typically processed within five minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• KYC before withdrawal: KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. tbeej reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of identity checks.
• No conversion fees: tbeej does not charge currency conversion fees. All transactions are denominated and settled in BDT. Your mobile wallet provider or card network may apply their own fees, for which tbeej accepts no responsibility.
• Matched payment methods: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. tbeej may require additional verification where a different withdrawal method is requested.
• Third-party payments: Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be considered dormant. tbeej reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the schedule published in the platform cashier section.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

tbeej offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which supplement and take precedence over this general clause where they conflict.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms prior to opt-in. tbeej will not award a bonus without publishing its wagering requirement in plain English.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on tbeej — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, rugby, kabaddi, and all other sports markets — are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published in the sports betting section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from tbeej. Bets displayed as "pending" have not been accepted and carry no entitlement to winnings.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability and the market remaining open. tbeej is not liable for technical delays between events occurring and odds being updated.
• Void bets: tbeej reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds has been published due to a technical fault or human error, where the market has been accepted after the event has concluded, or where match manipulation is suspected.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed within each market. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the published limit.
• Minimum stake: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50 unless a lower minimum is stated for a specific market.
• Result disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding a result, tbeej's decision is final and binding, based on official result data from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).

07 Casino and Game Rules

10 Intellectual Property

All content on tbeej.io — including but not limited to the tbeej brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive property of tbeej or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on tbeej.io.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbeej's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tbeej account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tbeej is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from third-party payment provider errors, network outages, or telecommunications failures; (d) losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials; or (e) losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". tbeej makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

tbeej collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Account Suspension and Termination

tbeej reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a player has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected; (c) a player is found to be ineligible under Clause 2; (d) a player's identity cannot be verified through the KYC process; or (e) tbeej is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal hold obligations. 15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of tbeej, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through tbeej's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint.

tbeej aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. tbeej's decisions on sports bet results, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility are final and binding in all cases where the applicable game or market rules confirm the outcome.
